I created this booklet for individuals who want some resources to help their mental helth improve. We all know psychologists are expensive (but also very helpful and 100% recommend if you can afford it), however not everyone can afford to see someone on the regular, if at all. So I have compiled what I think are my go-to books, podcasts and social media accounts providing tools and tips to help through stressful situations, understanding the mind and just acknowledging how important it is to be aware of what’s going on in your head. Also, knowing you aren’t alone is very important.
